This is an ad that went out last week for Lifestream…I was honored to be asked to capture Keely “alive and full of life”.  She is an amazing 12 year old that is truly putting  Lifestream donor contributions to great use!

Keely Proctor, 8 years old at the time, required 30 units of blood during six surgeries to treat injuries suffered in a fall from a ski lift.“When she returned from the hospital, she asked, ‘Why did this happen to me?’ Seconds later, she answered her own question. ‘Perhaps so I can save others.’ I’ll never forget that,” said Terri Proctor, Keely’s mom.Join the Proctor Family on May 8 and help save lives in our community!Join ”Team Keely” as we celebrate Give BIG San Bernardino County from 7 am Thursday, May 8 through 7 am Friday, May 9, 2014, LifeStream is participating in “Give BIG San Bernardino County,” a 24-hour community-wide online fundraising campaign.Your support helps fund:

  • Blood kits (gloves, bags, tubing, needles)
  • Bloodmobiles to conduct mobile drives
  • Testing of blood for infectious diseases

All participants who make a minimum $10 financial donation to LifeStream (whether made on the Give BIG San Bernardino County page, LifeStream website, or at a LifeStream donor center) from April 28 through May 8, 2014 will be entered into a drawing:

  • To be highlighted in ABOut You!, LifeStream’s donor newsletter.
  • For two (2) tickets to an Inland Empire 66ers game in a suite that includes complimentary food and beverages (up to 10 names drawn.)
