One05.29.15

I have so many favourites from this session last week. Will definitely share more soon but had to share this sweet moment with the oldest and youngest in this family. Such an awesome big brother:).calgary family photographer

We just like being together04.30.15

“We just like being together” were the words that this client wrote on the information form that I sent out to her when asked what their favourite things are to do as a family. I love this…as a parent (and then future grandparent and in this case a great-grandparent)…this is all you could want from your family.

I have had the opportunity to spend a fair amount of time with this client as we document the first years of her boys’ lives. I also got to spend a morning with the whole family a couple of trips ago as I was invited for brunch. And they really do “just like being together”…from cooking together to playing on the floor to putting on little musical shows. So kudos to Nana who is not only turning 90 soon (which is cause enough for celebration) but for having a family that “just like being together”. calgary family photographer

6 months03.30.15

This age is one of my absolute favourites…I have a lot of favourites but this one definitely tops them. This stage of life is so fun. I still remember this age with my kids and love to capture it for my families. Toe chompin’, gummy giggles, teething, first roll overs,… Really no need for words…here are some favourites from a recent session.

Fun at the beach06.20.14

This client was staying in Carlsbad so I did a little location scouting to find a beach that was quiet, still had the cliffs (because I think that they are pretty and visibly appealing), low enough tide to have a beach and had easy access for them with young children.  The spot worked out perfect and they did not have to travel too far from their hotel:).

W family, thank you for including me in your family vacation planning.  I had a blast capturing these memories for you!
