Tough day

It has been a tough day as it is the second anniversary of my mum's passing.  There has been a lot of spontaneous leaking!  I wanted to blog to highlight the project that I started a year ago that made a world of difference for my grieving process.  The two sessions that I did last year as part of my "Give of Yourself" project (details on my website) were amazing…yes, incredibly hard but knowing that I was able to give something that I feel is important to other families was awesome – highlights of my year.  I wanted to make a note that this project is a continuous offering to my clients and their friends and family.  I hope that you never have to use it but I am here if you do.
