“Their” photographer

This is the title that I have received from these children!!  I think that this is pretty cool!!  Now, why have I received this honourable label…I have shot these little ones a few times each year for the last few years.  I have had the great pleasure of truly documenting these little ones and some fantastic family moments!  Not only have I gotten the opportunity to get to know them well, but I get the opportunity to try different things and push myself creatively!  I would not typically do an urban session with children this age (I am a safety freak!) but I know them well and I knew that it would be a fabulous shoot!  Despite encountering rain again, a bit of a sugar high from a birthday party earlier in the day and the little one just waking from a nap, we still managed to capture WAY too many images!  Thank you for your patronage L – as always, it was a blast!

This is just after waking up!  I actually think that it is okay to not always be smiling.

I promise that I will try to get an Urban gallery up at some point.  I LOVE doing them and think that they would be particularly fun for the 7 to 12 year olds (what some would call the awkward years)!
